Hi, I am a high school senior who is interested in applying to cal state la.
I want to major in nursing and get RN in the future.
I was confused while I was working on the college application.

What is the difference between nursing with RN and nursing without RN?

ALSO, for those applied to CAL STATE FULLERTON, when you applied for nursing major, are there any requirenments to be in pre nursing major?

HELP PLZZ

RN stands for registered nurse. In order to become a RN, you must first get a degree in nursing, then pass the NCLEX exam.

For CSULA and CSUF, you have to apply as pre-nursing major with a license. There aren’t requirements to be a pre-nursing major. However, once accepted, you have to take prerequisite courses, then apply to their respective nursing programs. Search through their websites to find out what classes you need to take.
