Just to be clear, decisions would come out 5 pm eastern? I’m from CA, so my decision would be released at 2pm?
On Albert, it says April 1 at 5 pm EST. However, last year they are released on March 30 at 12 pm, and I believe that was PST/3 pm EST.
Hey guys on my Financial Aid To Do List it states my CSS is received, but it doesn’t show anything about my FASFA. Like it doesn’t say "Received or “Not Received” and it doesn’t even show it in the list. Is it the same for you guys?
@AcademiaSavvy Mine only has the CSS too. I only have a couple things on my application status page but I never got an email saying my application was incomplete so I’m assuming they have everything. Not completely sure.
Agree with @mccl018. Have only ever shown CSS received, even though we also sent in the FAFSA, and have shown transcript and official scores received since the beginning with no further email re complete/incomplete. Have been assuming that means complete.

Does the MLK and Dean scholarships come out today?
I have no clue! I haven’t heard of a set date in the past?
I know I’m not a strong enough applicant in the first place, so I’m trying not to think about notifs for scholarships from NYU haha. I know they come out considerably earlier than admissions decisions, but who knows?
Hmm would anyone wanna divulge more info on these scholarships.
I know the last few years they’ve always come out near the 15th and if you get notified of one, then it’s like an early acceptance

Has anyone heard back about the big scholarships? I’ve been obsessively checking CC, reddit and my portal and it’s driving me a bit insane so I really need some kind of lead haha

Haven’t heard from anyone about scholarships yet. I assume they’ll be coming out soon though because acceptances are being released soon?
@Yvonnemeza619 It was said by NYU to be April 1st, but in past years it has come out a couple days before. We are guessing it will come out a little sooner because April 1st is Easter Sunday. Hopefully there will be some sort of announcement of a specific date soon. 
I logged into NYU albert, clicked ‘NYU Housing payment’, then clicked the ‘deposit’ tab and I saw that I was able to make a housing deposit of $1000 for Fall 2018.
Is this possibly a speculation that I got in? Can anyone else who applied confirm this?
I know that a few years ago, showing a fall housing tab on your applicant account indicated that you were admitted.
if i was wait listed to Pepperdine, rejected from UCLA and UCSD, DO I HAVE A CHANCE AT NYU? thoughts?
@nyudream2221, I don’t want to rain on your parade but I think that’s always been possible. I think it’s when you can apply for Housing for a term other than “Summer 2018” on the NYU housing portal that it’s “a sign”. And we’re still 2 weeks away from hearing so - hang in there.
