NYU CAS vs. Brooklyn College Macaulay program

I know this may be a silly question but...
I was accepted to both programs.
(Warning this is a long post.)

Brooklyn College Macaulay is guaranteed free tuition plus a mac laptop (but this doesn't really matter cause I already have one), a cultural passport (where I can go see NYC events for less) and $7,500 for study abroad (which is pretty neat cause I really want to travel)

NYU gave me a pretty hefty scholarship basically a free tuition (a little less than 50k), but my friends are convinced that NYU will find a loop hole to reduce it, which will put me in a tough spot cause I can't afford to shell out 50 k from my (mostly my parents) pockets.

For either option I will most likely get an apartment to share with my sister (because both don't cover living expenses), since both are in NYC.
Location also isn't that big of a deal for me cause I've lived in NYC my whole life.

I am currently undecided about my major (prob philosophy or biology), but I will definitely be doing a pre-med track.

Which school is better for pre-med? Better yet, which has a better reputation for successfully matching their students to medical schools?

I know at Brooklyn college I'll get more individual attention by the faculty which is a big plus and its has smaller classes and I'll be a "big fish in a small pond" and I've heard that macaulay's reputation is steadily increasing(?)

But NYU has a better reputation and more prestige(?), (even though many people tell me its declining), and better research , and opportunities (even though most people don't clarify what they mean by that) and here I'll be a "small fish in a big pond"

Congratulations if you survived reading this long post. Please leave your opinion or whatever you feel like writing.
(Sorry about the long post)

About the NYU scholarship. I recommend calling and finding out what it is comprised of. I called today and found out my son’s is all merit and so will not be reduced over the course of the four years. That might help clarify things for you.

Oh…and a big congratulations to you. Good work. You have set yourself up well for your future no matter what you choose.

Nyu is way better for pre med. 90% of their students go on go med school and a lot go on to nyu’s med school. They also have a hospital to work at, etc. 50k is awesome and the tuition is worth it for med. they won’t rip you off, nyu has more money and is very generous with financial aid this year. If its a scholarship it says on the financial aid Whether or not is continuous for all for years, and if it says it is, it is.

Thank you for your responses, i was getting a little paranoid when no one responded.

I also got accepted into Villanova, U Maryland, U Pitt and stony brook (with less scholarships)

and i wanted to know your opinions for these
