<p>Hi I'm only a sophomore and this might be a bit ealy but since i'm a little concerned i'd like to see what my chances could be. I'm looking forward to applying for Tisch or CAS. I'm an international student and am going to take IB classes in my junior and senior year.</p>
<p>GPA (out of 4)
9th grade: 1st semester 2.0 2nd semester 2.4 = 2.2
10th grade: 1st semester (report card has not come out yet but i'm expecting A,B,B,B,C,C,C,C) which is not good, so that will be 2.5 unfortunately 2nd semester 4.0 (will work my ass off to get this cauase otherwise i have no hope)
11th grade: 4.0
12th grade: 4.0</p>
<p>overall: 3.4</p>
<p>so whether i get accepted or not will basically matter on whether i have a good gpa or not</p>
<p>On the SATs I've already broken the 2000s so i'm looking forward to at least getting a 2200 in my senior year.</p>

<p>I'm also thinking about Hunter College, Emerson College and other schools but my dream school es NYU. I hope people accepted to NYU could give me some tips.
