@classof2022, what does the FA change supposed to look like? and what does the housing change look like? all I have at the moment is that my birthday and my nyu email is on the https://housing.nyu.com/newyork portal, but my FA says “no financial aid information found”
does anyone know what this means? im honestly so confused. I applied to rory meyers school of nursing.
FA should change to show either 2018 or 2019 instead of “no FA info found”
Housing should switch from non renewable to freshman
Last year applicants started seeing changers between 12/9 and 12/12 however even if it doesn’t change, that doesn’t mean lose all hope. Some people have either had it change an hour before or not change at all.
My housing portal has the DOB and NetID, is that any sort of indicator?
Mine shows DOB, NetID and a NYU email: NetID@nyu.edu. Seems they have been uploading data into Albert recently.

one of my friends who applied to stern got the financial change and her housing applications are open for the january & spring 2018 term. we’re international
Tbh I don’t think housing really matters. On one of the admission YouTube videos the Dean of Admission of NYU (Shawn Abbott) explicitly said that they don’t start considering housing until May or June.

@fieldhockeyhwang speaking of international student, did you guys have your checklist all updated? NYU said they have my transcript already but my checklist still hasn’t changed since I submitted my application. I’m thinking it’s either they haven’t finish my decision or they haven’t even read it yet, but it’s already 11 days away, I think the decisions are made already.
@outofcomfortzone my transcript got updated and checked off maybe like close to a week ago? but I have a friend who still doesn’t have it checked off

@immadreamer yea mine just says stuff about when i set my password etc. I just wanted to see if the 4th, 5th, 7th, or 8th categories were eligible/activated for anyone.
@bananaboi my password status is active, but none of my mfas says yes, active directory account is disabled, nyuhome is eligible, no nyu google app, and no vcl
current freshman at nyu here! just want to wish yall good luck with your decisions! (also, in my personal experience, i don’t think my housing thing changed until like the day that decisions were released, so please don’t stress yourselves out about stuff like that). feel free to ask me questions and stuff, but i can’t guarantee i’ll be able to answer them.

@GiannaC3 if you look at my post history, i made some final results posts. in terms of most basic stats, i had roughly a 3.6 uw gpa (4.1 w) and an act score of 35.
