@YoolmTim Yea, sure. I’m from Tennessee. My unweighted GPA is 4.0 and weighted is around 4.5. My ACT is 30 so pretty average. Extracurriculars: varsity softball and tennis, key club treasurer, nationals in piano, challenge based learning (community service club). I also volunteered in a healthcare environment and in nursing homes. Basically, my focus is my music and community service. Also, I can’t find your stats so do you mind sharing them again?

Guys, i logged into my portal and saw status : awating , detail : high school transcript. They meant the transcript sent from counselor’s common app account right? NYU doesn’t require transcript to be sent via snail mail?
Hey! For me, I could not submit a transcript to common app. I had to fill out a school form to have my counselor send an official transcript. I am pretty sure the transcript was sent electronic through Naviance. You should just call the undergraduate admissions and ask. I actually called them today because I had two recommendations mailed and I wanted to verify it arrived. When you call, a student ambassador will connect you with an admissions staff to verify all parts of your application. Hope you figure it out~

@collegeIZrubbish Yes, it’s normal. I submitted on October 31 and just got the ID email today (Friday 11/2 for me). You should get the email very soon!

@natasha1313 Oh yeah Im not exactly sure for International applicants. But I am pretty sure the transcripts dont have to be sent physically for any applicant applying to NYU. If your school submitted a transcript electronically, I think you should be fine~
Is it just me… I think this years applicant pool is definitely smaller than before… or is it that no one uses college confidential anymore haha.
