I was accepted to NYU ED I, put in the housing deposit, etc. I saw that the housing applications were open and so I tried to access them. However, when I did, it wouldn’t let me and said that I was a “non-renewable undergraduate.” I have no idea what this means and I’ve emailed them twice already to try and get some answers but never received a response. Scared I’ve done something wrong… Help!
