<p>Hello! I recently was admitted to NYU's Liberal Studies Core Program. I am happy beyond belief but I still have some questions about it. I understand that I will be in the program for 2 years, then be guaranteed a transfer to one of the main colleges (granted I maintain a 2.0). Will this effect the time it takes to graduate? Will I be behind compared to the CAS (or wherever college I choose) students? </p>

<p>The only difference is that LS students have less opportunities to explore within interested majors than students already in the college of their choice, correct? </p>
