NYU on the IB Diploma

Hi all,
I go to an international (american) school with the IB courses, AP courses, and even regular courses so unlike most IB schools, my IB diploma is not contingent on my graduation as my report card reflects my coursework and tests in letter grades (my grades do not reflect predicted score) which is then submitted to all schools, I even graduate before I get my IB diploma .

I applied to NYU with my ACT score (instead of my IB scores) for standardized tests requirement (and I got accepted).

However, my counselor (without my knowledge) acknowledged my IB predicted score in his rec letter.

Does this mean I have to submit my final IB scores when it comes out? I don’t want to because I’m afraid my predicted scores won’t reflect my actual scores.
