I’m not expecting to get in, but I’m still so scared
Why does everyone keep saying a different time? Are you guys actually calling the admissions office?
Admissions should come out approximately between 7:30-8:00pm E.D.T. today according to a friend of mine who mother works as a professor at NYU.

I think history is the best indicator, and I’d bank on it unless you personally hear it directly from NYU. They have come out on Thursdays the last couple years and it does appear that the releases started mid to late afternoon. In addition, last year NYU tweeted multiple times the day they released the decision. I absolutely wish I could take all this stress for you all, but unfortunately this is just the way it goes. Good luck to you all!
PS - As another post said, they do it in batches and it is mixed decisions not based on rejection, acceptance or waitlist.
