NYU Stern chances plz!

<p>I applied for NYU Stern ED1</p>

<p>my SAT score is 2180, 800 on reading 710 on math 670 on writing</p>

<p>my unweighted gpa is 3.8, weighted 4.57 out of 5</p>

<p>I have 2 SAT subject tests, 800 on both Math2c and chem
and 3 AP tests, 5 on world history and psychology, 4 on physics b</p>

<p>My ECs aren't that good though, I played JV Lacrosse
a committee member of a writing club, reporter for a magazine, member of International human rights thingy this one I did for quite a long time, and I did volunteer work in a medical center.
Oh and I have work experience in a marketing department, for three years every school break. I also did artwork, cuz my interests are like art marketing or brand marketing. I submitted three of my works, but I found out that they are not going to be reviewed so.. :(</p>

<p>I asked my counselor and he told me that this is gonna be some gambling cuz my math scores on SAT 1 is too low. He says its way below Stern average.. plus I haven't took the AP Calculus exam. I took the course, and got like a B+ but I didn't take the test. I took more AP courses, like econ and stuff, but I canceled my scores for most of them</p>

<p>plz does anyone have a Stern admissions data? Not for NYU but specifically Stern
Oh.. and.. I have a grammatical mistake on my short essay on common app :(
will this be a big thingy in the application process? </p>

<p>oh btw I'm an international.. I'm also wondering if this would count</p>

<p>Oh and what are my chances for U Michigan? I applied for CAS and chose sociology for my first choice major … I’m so worried ;ㅅ;</p>

<p>And uh… I sent an additional resume on paper, cuz I couldn’t elaborate on my ECs
and I had more honors to list… do you think the resume will be reviewed?</p>

<p>you have a good chance. what is your class rank? i know someone who got in with sub 700 sat math scores</p>

<p>I honestly think you have a really good chance. Your GPA is high and your Math 2C score can leverage your “low” math sore…but it isn’t even that low. The marketing firm experience boosts your application (I’m assuming that you wrote about it in your essays). In addition, it depends on what country you’re from. Being international can either raise or hurt your chances depending on whether you come from a country that has a lot of students applying to american colleges, or one that doesn’t.</p>
