NYU Stern ED I Chance (FREAKING OUT!~)

I absolutely love NYU Stern and all it has to offer. Like seriously, the more I researched it the more I wanted to hop on a plane and just sit in their auditoriums and walk around among Sternies. However, I recognize that my GPA is a lot lower than the average GPA of Stern... Do you think my ECs and test scores are enough for at least a chance?

Scores
ACT Composite: 34 (35 English, 36 Math, 36 Reading, 27 Science)
SAT II: 770 Math 2, 770 Biology E

GPA/u

G9 T1: 3.67
G9 T2: 3.67
G10 T1: 3.5
G10 T2: 3.5
G11 T1: 4.0
G11 T2: 4.17

Overall Unweighted: 3.45 Overall Weighted: 3.75

My GPA is low because I got two Cs in sophomore year math, so I was hoping that the 36 on ACT Math and the 770 in SAT II Math 2 would bandage that up a bit?

Reccs
1. Japanese Teacher (Should be great. I've had her for 3 years and she can write about service work I've done )
2. DECA Advisor (It's not a teacher recc., but an admissions officer told me they like seeing a teacher recommendation and a letter from an outside source. Should be a good letter)
3. Counselor (we have over 650 students in our class, so I don't think she knows me that well. However, I did glimpse that she used material submitted in my recommendation form?)
