<p>I am international student admitted to NYU CAS . I am a Applied Math/ Mat major .</p>

<p>Do firms prefer to recruit students from NYU Stern instead of Math majors from Courant at NYU? </p>

<p>Will I be at disadvantage while applying for intersnhips and jobs in NYC and Wall Street as a Math major?</p>

<p>Try to take some finance/econ classes to show your interest in finance. There are also some financial modeling courses to prepare you for IB/Wall street type of work.</p>
