NYU Stern, UT Austin. Chance me and I need some advice on something else which ill explain below

Help! Idk if its realistic for me at this point to consider for these two universities I badly have wanted to go to.

I have a 4.95 GPA currently and by the end of the 11 Grade itll be 5.25. I am in tenth grade

My SAT is 2050 now, I think itll be 2100 or higher later

Out of School
1. I am the founder of a tech startup
2. I am a private stock investor and venture capitalist.
3. I have interned in many companies

In School
A. I am in BPA (Business professionals america)
B. I am in DECA
C. KIVA (microbanking)
D. Stock Investing
E. Coppell Geographic Society (believe me its not as lame as it sounds)
F. Film
G. Debate

Leadership
-About 3 leadership position in my clubs
-Founder and CEO of my company
- In the process of becoming Co-founder and CEO of a non-profit that's almost ready to start

By the End of High School I will have taken either 14 AP's or 2 AP's and IB

I am also good with generally public speaking and persuasion.

Now heres the thing. I am kind of struggling at this point to be motivated because I can hardly tell if I stand a chance. My grades in freshmen year ruined everything for me just about. While most of my friends were getting 95's average and doing great in tests, I was struggling like heck. No matter how much I would try, no matter how long is study I just end up getting bad grades (B's and C). Now I am kinda getting better, I got 3 A's and 3 B's and C in spanish (frigging hate spanish). The problem is that studying is just to hard for me.

But here is the other part. Other things that are not studying naturally click in to me. I am very good at leading people and public speaking. I am intelligent in things I am motivated about. I even started my own comapny which was originially a tech startup but now with all the investments I have made I am turning it into a conglomerate. I want to become a hedge fund manager. I also invest in stocks and do alot of things with my life. By the end of this month I will have started two organizations, a blog, a website. IN my school I am very active in the EC life. The things I have mentioned above are incredibly fun and finance related. I am very creative, intelligent in the things I am motivated about, and very passionate about what I want to do and become.

.................So i need help

Obviously I need to study better. The issue is I just cant. The things at school just cannot motivate me except for the subjects I like (Math, History, Debate,). Take for example spanish. I have a spanish quiz tommrow, and I just cannot get my self to study it. I know I should and I want to. But I just cant. Instead I am typing this (thank you for reading btw). Can any of yall help me learn to actually study effectively. I get distracted easily, I get frustrated, and all this stuff doesnt make sense. Thank god I am good with sweet talking otherwise idk if I would have had anythign about a B- last year. And the discouragement with how bad I had done last year isnt helping. Now If I truly like what I am studying then I have no problem with it. I taught my self at age 11 how the stock market works, how to invest, how to run a company, all that fun stuff. At age 13 I was well into stocks and was learnign much more complex things about hedge funds. Believe me that it is not easy.

What I am asking is for you to help me study. How can I study better when I am just plain stupid in this type of stuff?

And is it realistic at this point for me to aim for UT Austin (I live in Tx,) or for NYU?

and of course be realistic with me so I know where I stand
