Hi I’m currently trying to transfer into NYU Steinhardt for Studio Art next fall 2019 and I was wondering how good my chances were bases on experiences?
I have a 4.0 at my current university (Parsons School for Design) and my HS GPA was 3.89.
I have had multiple internships and awards in the arts field and I definitely have a reason to transfer by wanting to also pursue art education, so getting a minor in teaching means a lot to me.
What do you think my chances are? I hate to resort to this, but I feel my portfolio is strong, but is it crazy to want to transfer and get in??
