Zobroward, no… just no… NYU is ranked top 40s worldwide and top 10 for some subjects. Its top 35 in the country, with many graduate programs being top 10 to 15.

The schools you’ve listed, you can’t even find most of them on world university rankings.

Drexel is not even close to being a peer school of NYU. None of the schools you listed there are peer schools of NYU. NYUs average students stats are higher than all of the schools you listed, some by a large significant portion.

Simply having students come from the same areas does not make a school a peer school. NYU is recognized as one of the worlds top research schools, especially for social sciences and humanities. Drexel, Hofstra and Fordham simply cannot come close to the research production of NYU. The endowment of NYU is more than all of those schools combined.

BU comes close, but is still not a peer school.

You really need to look at the rankings, statistics, etc. of NYU. NYU is no longer an average commuter school; we aren’t stuck in the 80s or earlier.NYU has significantly improved since then.

You seem to either be hugely misinformed/ignorant of information or are being intentionally ignorant of data and widely available information.
