Hello everyone! I was accepted into Tisch as a Film & Television major and Chapman as a Creative Producing major. For the past two weeks, I've been having some difficulty choosing between the two. Obviously, their locations are extreme opposites, but I'm more concerned about which program will provide the best for me, not only in the classroom, but outside the classroom (internships). With Tisch, I have NYC in the palm of my hand and a plethora of internship opportunities. With Chapman, I have LA an hour or less away, where all the production studios are. The only problem with Chapman is if you don't have your own car, you're basically screwed (I find bringing a car would add extra expenses with gas, etc.; therefore, I don't plan to take my car with me to college). So I've been leaning towards NYU for the past couple of days, but I wonder if it's worth it going to NYU for my major and being in debt several thousand dollars, even though I received a handful of scholarships and grants (I recently corrected my FAFSA with the 2008 info and I'm going to call the FAO first thing next week about some special circumstances about my parent's income; so there might be some changes in my financial aid). I'd appreciate anyone's opinion on this :) Thanks in advance!

PS - It'd be cool to hear experiences from current Tisch students :D
