Obama--STand a chance

I hope obama wins the election. He's smart, ambitious, strong, handsome, and diplomatic and he seems hardworking. But do you think he stands a chance?

yeah i want obama to win the election too :)

I hope so!

I don't.

...in both cases.

I don't.

:)

Shhh Taggart... its just the sound of a man and a horse being hung...

I hope this makes sense to you

Or you all think I'm crazy...

I love Obama, I can't really say if he has a chance as of now. In a year I could have a solid answer.

As long as it's not a Hillary

Obama didn't perform too well in the debate, whereas Edwards came off as informed, logical, fruity, and overall as a good....advisor.

Yeah but Obama is charismatic, but I can't believe you listed attractive as a reson you'd vote for him.

I do support Obama, but I'm not sure I would support him, in the recent debate
1) He didn't advocate any real, planned, concrete policies
2) He didn't have particularly convincing answers
3) His answer on the "Two attacks" crisis was a tad nebulous.

Give him 4 years or just a massive overhaul in terms of REAL policies (not just get out of Iraq, get out of Iraq, reform healthcare, reform healthcare, immigration, immigration) and he'll be excellent.

The hype is dying. Still, Black power! Anyone but Hillary! Her face makes me not happy.

I'm trying, but I really don't understand why Obama is so popular. He doesn't have a chance. It is Hillary who will unfortunately get the Dem. nomination.

I'm afraid, some people aka the south for lack of a better term have never let a black person obtain any real significant power, they usually assassinate them. I don't know if they're ready to have a black person represent them.

I don't want Obama - he is too inexperienced and doesn't seem to have clear enough stances. Hillary is very professional and skilled, she will do a great job as president if she gets elected. Unlike GW Bush, Hillary can present herself very well and be respected in the world. I'm sure she will at least win the primary.

Voting for Hillary here...

that's pretty much how I feel about the whole thing...

Am I the only one for McCain all the way?

I'd totally vote for a bipartisan ticket with McCain on it, but it really depends on the Republican veep candidate. If Edwards makes the Democratic ticket, I'm going to vote Libertarian.

Eh, I'd vote libertarian if I thought they stood a chance.

why is everyone making a fuss about obama being inexperienced?

We all think that JFK was a good president. Right?

LIke Obama, JFK was also a freshman senator.

I think JFK was not nearly as good a president as people think. He just doesn't get criticized because he got shot, he was charismatic, and he was young. Bay of Pigs, anyone? His face should be the face of the Vietnam War. Wouldn't that change the public opinion? And couldn't these words have come from someone as despised by the left as say, George W. Bush?

"Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty." - Kennedy

Sorry to get off topic. I'll actually listen to Obama when he starts pointing out drafted solutions (like Dennis Kucinich) and starts acting like a leader instead of just speaking like one. And calling the Iman's comments "violence" within hours of the VT shooting? Wow.

He will win the nomination and the general
