<p>i've only been inside dwinelle and a few auditoriums, so please mind my ignorance</p>
<p>Dwinelle is the maze building, with Levels using letters instead of numbers. The lowest level is Level A, the highest is Level G.</p>
<p>88 Dwinelle is on Level C, 247 Dwinelle is Level E and 155 Dwinelle is Level D. However, depending where you enter the building each room will be in a different orientation from you. For instance, if you enter Dwinelle from one entrance 155 Dwinelle is on the floor you entered, but if you enter elsewhere it can be above you, so look at the building's maps.</p>
<p>81 Evans is on the ground floor from the entrance next to Bechtel.</p>
<p>Think of 1-99 as "basement", 100-199 as "floor 1", and so on (so decrement all your floor numbers by 1). For example, if you are in Cory looking for 5xx, you'd get in the elevator and hit the 5th floor. Dwinelle is confusing as heck to get around, so you can figure out where those are yourself.</p>
<p>Ahh Dwinelle...I have heard horror stories about that building. Usually involving freshmen.</p>
<p>One of my classes is located at "Wheeler Auditorium" WHen I went into the building to check exactly where it was...I couldn't find it: just smaller rooms. I'm sorry if this is stupid, and it's right in front of me, but can someone tell me where this ellusive place is?</p>

<p>let's say i enter dwinelle from the main entrance (through sather gate, then turn left), which direction should i start walking? when one enters dwinelle from this entrance, what floor is he/she on?</p>

<p>There's a big auditorium in the middle of Wheeler. They show movies in there sometimes. It should be pretty easy to find. If you can't find it, ask someone in the building to help you (that doesn't look like a freshman ideally).</p>
<p>From the main Dwinelle entrance 155 Dwinelle is on the "Ground" Floor, so 88 is below it and 247 is above it.</p>
