<p>Hello, I am going to apply to Occidental college and i was wondering if anyone know whether or not they have a debate team? I have tried researching it, but i can't seem to find anything that specifically tells me they have a speech and debate team.... I would really appreciate it if i could get a website or even a name of a debate coach at Occidental college.</p>
<p>Hi serafina60, I’m a sophomore at Oxy. Unfortunately, we do not have a debate team. That being said, students here are highly encouraged to form the clubs they wish to have.

<p>Update! Oxy has just started a debate team! I got an email about their first meeting happening later this week and thought I had to post back on here about it. Hope this helps! </p>
