<p>i got -1/2 for that, it had to have the same base and height, shifting the variable along the 4/3x would just be moving along the side of the triangle</p>

<p>class 08-what are you talking about? It would shift the point which creates a new triangle with same area... -1/2 creates triangles of varying areas. Please explain your reasoning if I am indeed incorrect, I suspect not though.</p>

<p>anyone remember the question exactly? i think A was (8, 2), B was (0,6), and C i forgot. I put -1/2 out of guessing though</p>

<p>also what was the quarter question? i got 19 but it wasnt a choice so i put 16 instead</p>

<p>yea -3/4. i think the answer's slope had to be perpendicular to the slope of the line connecting 2 of the points(don't remember which ones), which was 4/3. the quarter one was 21.</p>

what was the cosine of the angle?and the three sides to a triangle questoin (what was the third side?)</p>

<p>8.25 total
twice as many pennies as nickels
one more quarter than nickels
one less dime than nickels</p>

<p>i'm pretty sure the question said twice as many nickels as pennies. i just tested each answer to see which one would work, and 21 did.</p>

<p>so i guess thats 2 wrong in math if my -1/2 is wrong.....thats like a 34 right? maybe a 35 since this test was pretty hard</p>
