<p>Concept it is very unlikely that most of us have read that question completely wrong. I clearly remind that the SC is talking about the negative side of that man.</p>

<p>It is C because the author talks about how we need to REVALUATE (sorry for the caps don't know how to italicize) the way we examine works.</p>
