October 15th SAT

How'd you guys do? I struggled the most with the Chinese Painter PBR.

Wait what? Lol. I did not get the Chinese painter one. I think you lucked out, and it is experimental! I’m hoping for 2250+

@icepierre‌ Ops! I meant Chinese Drawer. It was about a Chinese girl who starts to draw. I hope it was experimental, but I’m like 80% sure I got 2 25-minute writing sections.

Experimental, you’re good :)

@icepierre‌ on the oct. 15th one? that’s crazy - i must’ve imagined an extra writing section. or, at least, i was told that 2 25 minute’s = experimental.

Oh, sorry :frowning: I thought you meant oct 11. I apologize for getting your hopes up :/

How’d you get to take it on oct 15??

SAT School Day program. i think the writing was experimental lol :stuck_out_tongue: it’s nice taking it during the school day, but there’s less people to compare w/

i thought he was a japanese who was learning caligraphy

@AsianDoctor‌

haha, the sat/author mentioned the nationality in the preface and the gender (iirc) in the 3rd sentence or so, but I wasn’t really paying attention to those things. The subject was a calligraphist who began to draw in secret instead of doing her calligraphy lessons. Her husband/fiance? was sort’ve her calligraphy-mentor. I believe it was translated from a different language?, so that sort’ve threw me for a loop. The phrasing was sorta awkward.

are the curves similar to regular saturday SATs or are they different?

The paint critique was experimental… Oh hey @kpatel123 guess who i am

Moses. Peter. Ben…
Ben Ben Ben.

Our lord and savior Ben

Ben’s meaty hands cant take the delicate flower he drew…

Very contrast

tinge

A striking flamingo

Elated and abashed

neutral and bias
