@Eva : hope that those lazy and greedy officiers at collegeboard will concur with us =)
=.= don’t know why but I remember nothing about the abstract question. Omg, i guess i skipped it =( does it have sth related to the questions conducted in the passage 1 which were criticised in passage 2?

The October test is different for domestic and internationals??

Also…in gardening, when woman called ‘ants! woodchucks! etc’ come, what was answer for that one?
something about change?

I chose “call for a change”

@Animate
Yeah I was boiled down to those two choices as well, and i’m pretty sure direct commentary is a better answer choice than reveal each character’s motivation. The author provides her own observations and implicitly expresses her own feelings, and we don’t see the motivation behind everyone (ex. the brothers).

@MarieM
Pretty sure it’s excessive use and unaffected. I also remember the answer choice with “sensitive” but it isn’t as strong as excessive use/unaffected.

I vaguely recall the 3/2 question… Something like 3/2x = y?

Yup, I think most SAT tests are different for domestic and internationals? Hence, the separate thread for international tests. Lets try to get more international peeps here to get a better consolidated list of answers (especially writing) please =P

Well, I thought ‘sensetive to’.

It was “Doctor prohibited excessive use of Vitamin C because he found out that some desease was unaffected/sensetive to it.”
Why would he prohibit if the desease was unaffected by the use? Dunno.

Yeah…I remember the wording ‘three halves’ puzzling me for some reason. xD Not sure if I got it correct…thus, I may have -2 math. :<

Ok did anyone decide on the abstract/respondent question’s answer??? The second last Q in the political poll dual passages…

About the responsent question…the passage there talked about how many of them in groups make up their minds together, so the answer may be something about quantity too.^
I chose artificial at first and then erased it to quantity one.

Thanks carsonpwns :)

Anyone else remember this first person narrative question?

Haha Janny, I really hope so too.
Which abstract one?

And yes, the bring on the ants/woodchucks was a call for a change :)

The vitamin C question was excessive use, I am pretty sure.

Also, do you guys remember the number line in one of the math sections? The one where you are given values and letters and you are supposed to infer the value of two letters and either add/subtract/multiply/divide and choose the answer choice with the letter that corresponds with the result?

I chose quantity too. Marie, do u remember exactly what the question was?

@marie for the gardening one i thought it was resentment… he was saying let the woodchucks come let the ants come etc… he was resenting charlie’s gardening practices, and stating the contrary…

Also…here you go for consolidated answers.

@gregbob: I am pretty sure it was a call for a change because the author speaks of how they are actually helpful and do more good than damage, but since this is not stated in any gardening books i.e. it’s not standard practice, she is calling for a change in those practices.

janny: that is the artificial construct question everyone seems to be confused about. I’m still sticking to my quantity, but yeah.

@Eva : the correct letter is A (-1.5 )

what were the five options?

A. THEORETICAL NECESSITY
B. ???
C. TRANSITIVE HYPOTHESIS
D. ARTIFICIAL CONSTRUCT
E. ???

I chose B and I can’t remember what it was??

soliloquy/colloquial/something else that I answered question
Does anyone remember that?

i am with artificial construct… cuz he was sayin how people act as social beings and that most of their ideas are based on other peoples thought and not their own etc…

B. sth related to QUANTITY
