October ACT - Quality Assurance?

I took October ACT, and if I try to view my score (My status is 'tested' and there's a link for 'view scores'. This is what is shown after typing in my account password) This message appears:

We're sorry. We know you are anxious to see your scores, but they cannot be viewed at this time.

We have received and processed your answer sheet, but there are still some quality assurance steps to complete before your scores can be reported. This includes resolving situations such as incomplete test form information on the answer sheet or test administration questions.

We will add scores each week as these situations are resolved, usually each Wednesday and Friday. Our goal is to report all scores within 8 weeks after the test date.ACT will notify you by email when your score report is ready.

I know that I didn't make any mistakes on my answer sheet, and what is more is that all my friends are also getting this message. Is there anyone else who have this message? Why aren't they releasing the score, if they have processed the answer sheet.... :(

Did all your friends and yourself take it at the same test center? If so, there may have been a possible cheating incident that is delaying the scores.

I’m an international test taker (in Korea) and my friends & I took ACT in 3 different test centers. :(

October is Quality Assurance every year with ACT. Thats what I was told when I talked to the rep about the time frame to release scores. This isnt due to any specific reason, she said it is done every year in October - my son got his scores first round, but I called prior to the test to see why it would be so long to release them

@tlcmommi4‌ Thnx… I thought something may be wrong since I got a message completely different from the one I received during September’s test score release… So I’d have to wait few days more…

Youre welcome  I hope you get your scores soon!
