Can I still submit my scores from last week's SAT even though they come out on the 28th and LMUs EA deadline is November 1? I looked all over the website and I couldn't find anything.
How long does it take to end and process SAT scores anyway?

I did the same thing too! (well actually, I took the Oct SATs and I’m pretty sure I did horrible on them -__-)

But um, I’m pretty sure we can submit those scores, or even scores taken in December. I talked to my counselor and well, it’s not like LMU starts reviewing our applications on November 1st soooo…

Actually, they start rolling acceptances on November 1st, but you can submit SAT scores as long as your application is still under review. At least that’s what they told me.

I faced this same challenge a while ago as well. I ended up on the phone with LMU and they do not accept rushed scores, so I couldn’t do that, but they do accept scores as official if they are on your high school transcript, or from your high school. I had my counselor speak to them on the phone and she faxed my scores in with a cover letter signed by my principle and dean of students and few other important people. They accepted that, and I also sent my scores though College Board. Unfortunately, even though they are on the common app, LMU takes test scores through the mail so it can take up to 3 weeks for them to get your scores if you only do them through College Board.
