So the October SATs are coming up and i was wondering how people think they are going to do. Try not to over estimate or even under estimate. I am in my Junior year and this is a practise SAT of sorts for me.

Math: 700-800. I have the ability to get an 800, just gotta watch out for silly mistakes
CR: 650. I suck at this.
W: 700-750. My essays rock (got a 12 last SAT), it comes down to the questions

2050-2200.
I'll most likely get somewhere in the 2100 range :]

^Holy crap anh. How do you get those 12 essays? Let me read your friggin essay LOL.
My essay was an 8 ._.

EDIT:
I think this thread is pointless. Hard to make any predictions, because it can go either way, people react very differently under pressure. Just do the best you can and try to answer every single one correctly.

I don't know, I'm having some bad anxiety about this. I only scored 1940 last time, and I know that I can do far better, and my practice tests aren't going too well, either. :**/

Predictions so far:
W: 730-800
CR: 650-720
M: 500-600 (this is KILLING me)

Shiomi: You wouldn't believe how bad I am. My skills in algebra (or lack thereof) just don't seem to work; I can do geometry to an A+, yet my brain simply does not function when it comes to algebra. I know the operations, functions, rules, and so on, but something always goes wrong? I honestly cannot explain it.

My last SAT score was 550, and my last practice turned out to be 490. :**/

shooting for 2400. it will really come down to difficulty of this
month's test(whether october 2008 is known as an "easy" or "hard" iteration)
when shooting for a 1500/2400 the curve evens it all out, but
when you shoot for 2400 all the rules change.

M: 700-800 (730 last time... but silly mistakes or just some bad luck are always a factor.. probably 750/760+ though..hopefully easy with hard curve!)
W: 720-800 (silly mistakes, again...10-12 essay)
R: 650-750 (large range...vocabulary and difficulty of passages--hopefully easy passages with hard curve!)

Of course..aiming for 2400!! But, 1450/2200+ and I'll be ecstatic :D!

Grrrrr...to be honest predicting my score is pretty damn scary at this point of time.

M: 750~800 (Again, careless mistakes or stumpers might get me :P)
CR: 690 (HAHAA. Ohman.)
W: 720~740 (I usually get around 3~5 wrong but my essays are 9~10ish)
Total: 2160~2230

Watch me get below 2100. I'll probably jump off the Lions Gate Bridge the next day.

i got an 11 on a very opinionated essay (question dealt with technology) but i brought in relevant sources. 1984, Brave New World, but at the same time made my point and used the examples as support for my beliefs

For my essay, I have a couple of revised support paragraphs memorized in my head so I know I won't have to brainstorm. When I read the prompt, I'll pick out three examples and just elaborate on what I already have, changing it to fit the prompt. This gives me a few precious minutes to really make a good introduction and conclusion.

I have 6 examples
-Michael Phelps and the Olympics
-The Grapes of Wrath
-To Kill a Mockingbird
-Their Eyes Were Seeing God
-Civil War
-Charles Goodyear (the guy who discovered vulcanization)
