colleges don't care if you got lucky on that one question and got a 2400 instead of a 2390</p>

<p>As for the percentage of students who took the PSAT that got a 240, I'm guessing that since the percentage of students who took the PSAT that got a 240 is approximately .017% as well. The PSAT and SAT are so similar that the scoring percentages must be similar even though they have different grading scales (240 vs. 2400).</p>
