Of these schools, which has the best Molecular Bio/Biochem program?

I'm going to be applying to the eight Ivies, Stanford, MIT, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, UC-Berkeley, and a few safeties. Right now I'm trying to decide where I'm going to EA/ED/REA based on the programs available for my major, which is currently vacillating between Molecular and Cellular Biology and Biochemistry (not too dissimilar, honesty).

I know Stanford is generally regarded as the best Biology school, but I'm really trying to also evaluate the Ivies' Biology programs. I wasn't particularly impressed by the programs at Cornell, Dartmouth, or Columbia. I like that Brown offers more math-bio crossovers. However, after looking through webpage after webpage, I'm really wondering if this is the best way to do this.

I've always heard that if a school has a strong, well-ranked Grad School for Subject X, their undergraduate program for Subject X must also be strong. Naturally, this makes me gravitate toward Harvard, MIT, Stanford, and UC-Berkeley. However, I often here that Harvard's focus is so much more on teaching graduate students than it is on educating undergrad's, so that makes this a questionable evaluation.

Right now, I'm really unsure. I like Brown's programs that combine math and biology, and even moreso I like Yale's Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology Major with a concentration in Biotechnology. I'm wondering, though, why it is that Harvard is so well-ranked for their graduate biology program, yet their undergraduate biology program stuck me as so underwhelming online.
