<p>What do you mean starting taking payments in July for Sept’s rent? Do you mean your lease is going to begin July?</p>
<p>No, my lease starts in September. But, first month’s rent is due on 9/1. They understand that most students do not receive their financial aid until later in September. So they let you start making payments in the summer to lighten the burden of no financial aid.</p>
<p>Oh I see thanks for the clarification. I guess in the end I’ll still have fork up the first month’s rent out of my own pocket. That sucks.</p>
