<p>Hey guys, </p>

<p>My friends and I are looking for a 3-4 bedroom apt for the Fall 12 semester so if there are any seniors moving out that want to help out a fellow CCer I'd be much obliged. If that isn't allowed on the boards, what is a good place other than padmapper to see good off campus housing and is it already time to start looking? Thanks guys!</p>

<p>btw, is it even hardly possible to get a rental place without paying for summer? Thats just something i can’t afford :/. Any help for direction on how to find something is greatly appreciated</p>

<p>Most places require a 12-month lease though… just try to sublet it for really cheap so you can at least get some money back from the place.</p>
