<p>i'm veery hungry and i'm baking wedges right now. Hot and spicy wedges. And I can smell them and they smell so good.</p>
<p>But i cant have wedges without sour cream.</p>
<p>We have sour cream but it wasn't opened. (sealed)</p>
<p>That date on it said May 5 2005</p>
<p>And I always put dried oregano and garlic stock powder in my sour cream.</p>
<p>The garlic stock powder's best-before date is February 2005.</p>
<p>But I made my dip.</p>
<p>And in 5 min time, I'm going have my wedges and dip.</p>
<p>My sister (13 yearsoold) said that since the cream hasnt been opened, it'll be ok. And that garlic never rots so it's fine and that it kills the bacteria all the time so it's good.</p>
<p>Will I get food poisoning?
and what happens if i get food poising? do i vomit or something?
the dip will be all ok won't it?</p>

<p>i think they put the date on there so you'll have atleast a general idea....i mean....if it says best before april 2002 and you opened it now...i think it'd have gone bad by then</p>
