<p>crypto86 has it perfect...except I've never seen white cheddar cheese...the yellowish orange stuff is fine.</p>

<p>Yellow cheese is usually dyed yellow. Cheddar cheese is white before its yellow.</p>

<p>I absolutely despise Brie. I had some in Ireland, and it's DISGUSTING. I also abhor Swiss cheese.</p>

<p>I think I only like sharp/bland (as in mozarella bland)/bitter cheeses. I hate sweet cheese, or strongly milk-tasting cheese, or soft creamy cheese (unless it's just cream cheese on bagels, but it has to be spread very very very lightly).</p>

<p>I don't like cheese you eat with mold. I can't imagine putting mold in my mouth. On exception, I'm not a fan of blue cheese, but it's everywhere and the flavor is okay.</p>

<p>I like cheese. Cream cheese... swiss cheese... chedder... mounster (sp?)...mozarella, ricotta its all good. Everything except blue cheese... yuck.. and greek cheese...bleah it smells </p>
