@anaychi: Ahh, I was wondering because we studied it during the chapter on roles. I LOVED that class. <3

I hope I’m not the only person who findssome tests to be fun. I just took a Chemistry test that was a bit of a challenge, but it was fun undertaking it! Anyone else?

@Anayachi, I watched a really good TED talk by Zimbardo about it. It’s a very interesting study and he compares that to Abu Gharib and the atrocities that went on there.

I think logic problems and puzzles can be pretty fun.

5 minutes till my math test. I am about to be destroyed. :(

Reminds me of when that Asian girl tried to say she was black after she made a racist thread.

Yes, prep school admissions is… interesting. High school life is more games and ap stressing, prep school admissions is desperate posters begging for chances and helpful parents. 609, good luck on your test!!

Okay, I don’t know how to quote things in my replies. Can someone help me?

98beebee: I think it was actually on HSL, not Prep School Admissions. Or maybe we’re thinking of different things.

Anay, yes I actually do enjoy tests. I’d rather take a test than have class. Last year, I really enjoyed Bio tests. But at the same time tests can be terrible if I don’t really know my stuff. Like earlier this year I had an algebra quiz, and even though I studied, I looked down at the quiz and just froze. For some reason, I forgot absolutely everything. Usually, I can get by on history and english quizzes if I forget stuff, by sort making up answers, just writing it in a persuasive way, but can’t do that for math, haha. If you forget a certain formula or equation you’re pretty much screwed. So, I got a 45% on that quiz, it was great.

During tests where I really have to focus, I start blushing. I have no idea, it’s really strange. The lowest grade I’ve ever gotten is a 30% on a band quiz, lol. But i finished with an a plus, so all was well! :)

Cool story, bro.

Thanks, brah. :)

ACT for tomorrow just got canceled at several locations including where I’m taking it… LOL

I can relate to a lot of that, Elizabeth. There have been instances (though few) where I’m so anxious, no matter how much I’ve studied, that I do relatively dismally on tests. I find it fun to BS English and Social Science tests when I’m not acquainted with the subject material, though. I have a habit of making that into a game, and I’ve done rather well! With that said, my lowest quiz grade was a 50% in English. It was a 2 question quiz on a Tale of Two Cities…

A two question quiz. Haha. Hahahaha.
(Why is that so funny?)
The shortest quiz I’ve ever had was 4 questions long.

New game idea: guess somone’s future profession based on this thread and their overall post history. What do you see a certain poster in the next 15 years?

So, one of you showed me the clam fart thread back on cc appearances(I think it was studious) and I only read the first post. I went back and read the entire thing, one of the funniest things I’ve seen on CC. It’s totally seems like a ■■■■■ thread, but the funny thing is it’s not!

Edit: Haha Anay, we always bump this thread at the same time. You kind of revealed what you wanted to do, so let me think about it.

Disregarding your earlier post about what you wanted to do, and this is all completely random, I could see you being a journalist or an architect.

In retrospect, that post was pretty ambiguous. It exemplified how I still have no idea what I’m going to do as an adult. For you, I could see you becoming an author. Either that, or (extremely random thought) a critic. Of what? I dunno. Music or food perhaps. You’d probably be good at it. I could also see something in the field of genetics/human development.

Clam farts… classic!

Helloel you wil be a psychologist
