Offered waitlist at three colleges?

Hello,
I recently received some college decisions, a couple of rejections and 3 waitlist offers. I was only admitted at my safety school so far therefore I would accept a place on these waitlists, however I have some questions:

Can I accept a place on multiple waitlist?
Must I commit going by accepting a spot in a waitlist?

You can be on multiple waitlists. By joining a waitlist, you are not committing to going to that school - you can always tell them no if they call.
You do want to put down a deposit at your safety school, though, before May 1, so you have somewhere to go. If you get off the waitlist and want to enroll somewhere else, more than likely you will lose that deposit.

And some wait lists you have maybe a 2% of being selected for admissions, and others you have a much better shot.
