What's the difference between Calculus AB and Calculus BC?

anybody have recommendations for ap chem? I'm taking honors chemistry next year, and I bought barron's, but it seems to be really detailed.

oh wow. pre-calc starts for me in junior year, and i take math b in january (weird school schedule). could i self-learn the calc material required in Physics C? how difficult is it?

yeah you could, but Physics C is difficult in general. The Calculus won't be the thing that wil trip you up

Woot! Self study stats, micro, and macro. Shouldn't be too bad. I'll use whatever book I'm able to get my hands on =P.

I posted this earlier today about AP Environmental Science:

"I'm taking AP Environmental Science next year, so I've been doing some research on the cram books available. REA is 560 pages and Barron's is 528 pages, and from what I've heard, they're both filled with useless information. There's no use reading a cram book that's longer than your textbook! The Awesomeguides one is shorter, but my friends who took the course and my teacher all said that it doesn't cover the stuff you need to know for the AP exam.

My teacher recommended a book called "The Smartypants' Guide to the AP Environmental Science Exam" by Michelle Mahanian. That's the one I bought, and just skimming through it, it looks really good. It covers all the topics on the AP Exam, and it's only about 120 pages long (including the practice test and explanations, index, etc.)- pretty good for a lazy bum like me Here's the website where I bought it: http://www.lulu.com/content/154552

Hope this helps!"

I also forgot to mention that the website contains a preview version you could look at first.

AP Bio for me. We have an AP bio class, but I am only a rising soph, and requirement for the course is a senior. So I am self studying, using Campbells and cliffs. My teacher is also providing me with some stuff to prepare with. Also I am taking it with the 12th grade AP class in May.
