She got her test booklet back.

ahh i can't wait this long...

if i don't get a 240 i'm going to cry

that writing curve is terrible!!!!!! :(

if i don't get a 240 i'm going to cry

oh boi...... watch out... overachiever is about to expierence the first let down of his/her life.... lol - i hope your not serious

sadly i dont think ill get my back till after i return to school in jan

I get mine back tommorow, i'll probably get a 150 :(

im waiting to get mine this Fridayy! Can't waitt!!

how did u find the cut offs for each state?

if this helps...(wednesday test)
writing-2 wrong, 0 omit-75
math-4 wrong, 1 omit-65
critical reading-1 wrong-78

yeah, harsh much??

you had a good writing... for the sat. test -2 is a 74

yeah, even if it was better, it's still rough. One of my friends got a 48th percentile math (she forgot her score) but was like, "Omggg, if I don't get 80 80 80 i'll be so sad...I need to get 100 percentile". The 100th percentile was a nice, touch for someone complaining about their math score...

Does anyone know where you can find an approximate of what score is necessary for National Merit in which states?

Thank you.

One of my friend sais it was in the collegeboard website

Hmm...I didn't see it there, but I'll check again. Thanks.

really? i heard that they don't post it on there. for nj it's like 224 this year. don't know about our class.

you dont find out this year's cutoffs for a while...but it should be around last years. NJ was 223 last year...so this year maybe 222-224

no i meant, 224 this year for the seniors, as in last year's juniors who took it.

i thought it was 224? a friend of mine who got 223 didn't get national merit semi.

damn...with these curves, i will barely break 230

do they try to decieve us? on the "official practice test," why were the curves so easy? i think you could have missed one in writing and still have gotten a 80, because i got 80 M 80 W and 77 R
