just got done with it…
didnt do well:( guessed about ten on MCs, and left out half of a long response unanswered… How y’all feel… I think it was hard
Does anyone one know when the exam will be released?
@RunTheRedLights teachers and students will have the free response questions in two days. The scoring guidelines will be posted in about a month (when AP Trevor tweets the overall results), and the 50 scored multiple-choice questions will be sent to teachers in August.
I honestly think it felt too easy… I reviewed for one day for it last night (lol) and thought I got a 4/5. I’m not that good/smart in chem either. Had a ton of time left after I was done with FRQ’s, and I only guessed on maybe 4-5 MC
MODERATOR’s NOTE:
Why are people who have already been warned still discussing the questions?
Hypothetical question: edited by moderator
Wait we can’t discuss both mc and fr? Thought the previous comment meant only mc wasn’t allowed, sry
@rost12122 That’s not very hypothetical. Seems familiar :P.
@canunot we cant talk about frq until college board releases them in 48 hours
Wasn’t it 60 mult. choice q’s (as opposed to 50)? I am super out of it though so I can’t remember haha
Oh ok, thanks
Yeah, it was 60
@giants220 there were 60, but 10 are experimental questions and are not counted to your grade
MODERATOR’S NOTE
Nice try.
Wait so even though only 50 questions count, is your final score the number of those 50 that are correct out of 50, or is simply the total number right out of 60?
There were experimental questions? First time I heard about that.
out of 50
I felt like 1/2 of the questions could’ve had more than 1 answer… Could this mean they were the hypothetical ones?
Alright, so I just took the exam and here’s what I think: This was among the easier Chem exams; however, my class focused on the hard topics and dove into concepts focused on in college. This should be a rather easy five for those who prepared at least slightly for it. Also, the FRQ section gave more than enough time.
experimental you mean? possibly
