So I thought the whole thing was easy except I realized after that for FRQ 4, I put the definition and examples of civil rights as civil liberties and vice versa. So technically my part a, b, and d are wrong even though if you just switched the word rights and liberties they would be right. Anyone know if I would get any credit for that?
were civil liberties protected by the due process clause or the equal protection clause??
@JayVan1 I think due process for civil liberties, equal protection for civil rights. Not 100% on that but im pretty sure that’s it.
@MrWiggles Alright, so I mixed the two up. Will I get two points off for that (one point for each) or just one point off because I at least identified the two clauses? Other than that I think I got everything else right… is that about a 50 on the FRQ portion?
@JayVan1 I did the same thing
For the question about which of these was included in the constitution but not the amendments, I felt like there were no right answers?
Easiest AP exam I’ve ever taken. And ironically the last I will ever take. TBH, I feel like I could’ve just taken this exam last year when I took APUSH. My only problem is that I feel like we don’t need that much time for the FRQ. I sat there for 30 minutes after I finished, unable to sleep.
@BotFeederStatus The answer was habeas corpus, I believe. I’m pretty sure that was included in the original constitution (before the bill of rights).
Hey! What do you guys think my score will be with this breakdown?
Multiple Choice: 40 out of 60
Free Response:
Question 1 - 3 out of 6
Question 2 - 4 out of 7
Question 3 - 3 out of 6
Question 4 - 3 out of 6
@NIHHIHH With the 2009 curve that’s a solid 3.
That test was so easy. The only thing I struggled on was naming the specific legislation for disabled, but I explained it
@tylander I said the American with Disabilities Act; was that sufficient?
what was the answer about the question about who votes in the primaries compared to regular voters, i was stuck between them either being more affluent or in the voting-age population
@shankar334 that should work. I went with the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972!
I answered those who are more affluent
@Colonial7 I went with more affluent, also anyone remember the question about voters born in the 1930 vs voters born in the 1990?
@Ari6328 I waited 20 minutes taking a nap. I wonder if collegeboard will change the timing of the test since there’s a huge amount of gap time
you’re probably going to have to refresh my memory on the 1930 v. 1990 voter question lmao, was it the one about the tv, newspaper, and other forms of media?
for the stats analysis on the mpc it was cuban americans only right
