Official AP Us Gov Scores Thread

I got a 5 :D

I got a 5 too!

I also got a 5 :D

5 I was worried the essay screwed me but the mc was easy.

Congratulations guys! Hey I’ll take it next year, tell me how to get a 5 please!!!

Honestly, just know a bunch of facts. My teacher required us to use the Barrons flash cards, and I felt that those helped a lot (but to no avail when superdelegates came up on the exam haha).

I got a 4, more than likely because of my FRQ’s.

We did a lot of simulations to help us learn. Something like 30% of us get a 5 usually. Know your court decisions and all the stupid stuff you don’t think you’ll need to. Ie iron triangles, legislative oversight etc

i got a easy 5… this test was extremely easy.

@tcwest, what kind of simulations?

5  I think my basic knowledge of politics carried me through, as I started prepping for this basically the night before.

5 as well, I thought it was pretty straight forward so it wasn’t that much of a surprise.

@luv2sk8 we did a mock election, congress, and supreme court. It helped us out a lot. Especially the supreme court.

tcwest, did your teacher do that with you or your study group or something? Are are any good resources that you could suggest?

I got a 4. I was expecting a 2 or 3 just because I am a senior who passed AP US History last year, knew that passing this exam meant no new credit and did not give a darn all school year. My teacher was pretty entertaining and not a lot of learning happened, but I guess whatever he did worked well; considering that I did not study and got a 4.

5, such a chill test.

For AP gov exam, do I need to memorize all of the bill of rights? and other amendments?

I got a 4.

They misspelled my name too. This must have been a horrible mistake as I knew everything on that damned test!

5! It’s a full year course though in my school and I got a 104 (the test was curved) on my final about a week later, so I would have been surprised with anything less. I don’t think I can get credit for it at WUSTL anyway, maybe just for an elective but that doesn’t really help when you want to take higher level classes :P

5, what an easy test.

5 without studying… absolutely lovely haha
