<p>Hey everyone! Unfortunately, I’m one of those rejected Wesleyan ED kids… But, honestly, I love Barnard just as much. I’m crossing my fingers for all of us!</p>
<p>is there a specific date they mail the decisions?</p>
<p>I submitted my application on the deadline day and have not yet received a password. Should I be worried/contact my admissions officer?</p>
<p>@dessayer, don’t be worried, just call. I didn’t receive mine either so I called the school and got it.</p>

<p>Yeah, I checked, and all my stuff is processed. Maybe, your region admin hasn’t finished processing things yet?</p>

<p>If admissions hasn’t emailed about something missing, you’re probably ok, but what have you got to lose by asking them? Just go to the ones with the actual answer instead of asking here, where people can only speculate.</p>

<p>"It’s not about favorite topics or best topics, it’s about the depth of reflection with which a student writes about something that has meaning to her. It’s a personal narrative essay, so pick something you know well and something that has had an impact on you. Use your gut to check if it feels right – is it cliche? does it sound like you? does it reveal enough? too much?</p>
<p>Only in writing an authentic essay will it be a strong topic for you."</p>

<p>Good luck to all of you! I can’t lie… this time last year was very stressful in our household, but when that BIG envelope came, and my daughter called me at work, crying, I wasn’t sure what she said and I asked “Was that a Yes?” And she said “YES” and then I started crying too

<p>I don’t envy you all over the next few weeks as you wait to hear. But trust the process and believe that you’ll end up where you are meant to be no matter what.</p>
<p>I contacted Barnard and they said it takes their system a few weeks to be updated…sigh my stuff are still not processed…im so impatient and nervous…i hope this isn’t a bad sign :(</p>
<p>I really appreciate hearing all of you being so kind and welcoming. I am so happy about the prospect of attending Barnard with all of you that I just started crying. :)</p>
