<p>i just called the admissions office and they said that they will NOT be releasing any admissions yet, because "the main admission guy) had not given the go ahead yet…</p>
<p>I wonder why CP slo is taking a longer time to release initial admission decisions this year when on last year’s thread(s) it was reported that decisions came out on Feb. 12 and 13??</p>

<p>justins post is useful. so hes witholding and we cant use former data to discern the release date. we can only hope for valentines day but i wouldnt be surprised if it was next week. strange though, slo housing app is supposed to be 1st of march afaik</p>
<p>My son just checked his SJSU portal and received his acceptance tonight at 6:42pm. Maybe that’s a good indication of what’s next to come…</p>

<p>Being that this year they have a record number of applicants for the Freshman class, do you think the decisions will be delayed in coming out? I thought in past years they had till March 1st to notify, but my son claims the deadline for notification is April 1st.</p>

<p>I’ve been checking my portal every single day waiting to see if I get accepted since cal poly slo is my number one choice! I want to major in wine and viticulture ! Does anyone know if it’s hard to get into that major like what is the average gpa/sat/act???</p>

I got rolled into RD from ED and they started sending out the admissions later at night (bout 5-7 pst) so I’m assuming they’ll do the same for RD</p>
