people need to stop making up random theories about why UMich didn’t release decisions. someone called the admissions lady, and she even said that decisions aren’t supposed to come out especially every 2 weeks on Thursday. just keep up with CC and WA. jeez, chill out

UM Doesnt re-calc gpa.

i think you’ll get in.

123abc456, I don’t think telling people to “chill out” will necessarily take away their anxiety. I think the best thing everyone can do is just wait it out. it’s alright to be anxious but don’t let it dominate your life! hah I’m still trying to follow my own advice!

hmmm i don’t mean to be rude or anything, but could we please just keep the decisions thread to purely conversations on official decisions, when they come out, etc. can people stop with the random “chance me” postings here?! just make a new thread and ask people.

Hi syc652

What are your stats?

I can’t wait for decisions. :frowning: I’m eager for college.

just curious, when is the next batch of decisions coming out?

^ omg read the last three pages of posts

So if there is a decision wave released tomorrow, anyone wanna guess what time they will be released?

i mean i would guess the same times everyones been saying

lovethema

yeah, i realize that. everyone’s really anxious about their decisions, including me. it’s just that the 2-3 pages are full of people pondering why decisions aren’t out yet and theorizing what may have happened.

btw, i got a question for you: what school do you go to?

i made a new thread regarding this question but no ones really answering.

if test scores are sent on november first (meaning i got on collegeboard and ordered the scores to be sent on nov 1) do i make the EA deadline?

is the deadline oct 31 or nov 1??? i’m confused

The deadline is ‘by november 1st’ so anything sent in on nov 1st makes the deadline

I don’t know if College Board sends it right away though…

test scores are electronic though, aren’t they? And I got the email that night from collegeboard that night that said the scores I had ordered ‘were being processed’. ughhh i’m going to cry if i didn’t make EA because of this!

Even if you didn’t make ER, you still very well my get a response before Christmas.

doesn’t it significantly decrease your chances though? I thought ER was in a different ‘pool’ then RD or something like that. Or is there really no difference between applying Nov 1 and applying Nov 2

^I doubt there gonna even take a look at you before christmas unless you have out of the ball park stats

crosses fingers for a Friday batch
