**Official Cooper Union Class of 2017 ED/RD**

Wait did any accepted engineers that received letters also receive emails of their acceptance?

Actually, this is sketchy.
On tumblr, you posted a screenshot that said “all applicants regardless of decision etc etc… will receive an email”

But fb, they said “most applicants will receive emails.”
what if by “most” they mean the rejections omg jalsdkjaskfj

I think we’re reading too deeply into this HAHAHAH

lanvin, thats what i was thinking!!! But no archies received letters in the mail (based on what i’ve heard)…so i think that acceptance emails may actually exist lol

Just got my acceptance letter for engineering!!! I’m really sad now though because I have to choose between Cornell and CU…
Does anyone know how employers view Cooper Union/ is it well known?

Congrats springlillies!!! did you also receive an acceptance email?

Cooper Union is well known in major cities and in state as well as neighboring states, but it won’t be known in places such as Oklahoma or Montana lol. Actually, when I mentioned Cooper Union to some of my friends, they had no clue that it even was a college. You should choose Cooper though (at least in my opinion) because the city has MANY opportunities, not just job-wise but also education-wise. Plus, this is the last year they’re offering free tuition!!

Lol anon “this is the last year they’re offering free tuition”
Where did you find that statement?

Congratulations! Ahhhh that is amazing :)

And does anyone know:
Is the male to female distribution so skewed because of the engineering school only? Meaning, is the ratio close to 1:1 in the art and arch schools?

Well, for freshman Cooper has about 200 kids.
In (freshman) engineering, we have 23 girls.
The overall percentage in the entire school is 38% female. So yeah, the arts and architects are more even.

So did anyone receive an acceptance through EMAIL???

Why architecture, why so late… You’re torturing mee…

That priority mail was an acceptance for my daughter for chemical engineering!! Congratulations everyone!! Now, where’s that bottle of Maker’s Mark?!

Engineering and yet to have received an e-mail/snail mail.
has been more than 7-8 hours haha the anxiety is ridiculous

Hey YukitoJay, do you know if the letters sent out were for engineering only, or for all three schools? I just really have a hunch that all rejected get emails and the accepted receive express mail…

Hi. I got into the engineering school and I did receive an email congratulating me as well as the priority mail. So for the people who wanted to know if it was also emailed, it is! :)

To anyone who has received a priority mail acceptance, what is the date listed in the heading? I want to see how long it took Cooper to make these decisions.

Thankss.
AND CONGRATULATIONS. I FEEL SO HAPPY FOR YOU! (Y)

April 2 is the date and thank you! Good luck to everyone!

Haha last question @LeagueofLegends, where do you live?
