<p>Cornell just sent an email to me to confirm my ED status and it also says that “An application must be submitted by November 18 for early decision international financial aid selection consideration”, I didn’t apply for financial aid but I really should have since it’s needblind for internationals too. Does this mean I can still submit it by 18th?</p>
