Hey guys…as i told you guys earlier that i gave SAT subject tests for physics and math in November…I emailed cornell on admissions.edu email asking them about what effect these late scores would have on my application…Still no reply…How long is it normally before they reply? BTW all other parts of my application including SAT 1 scores have reached cornell.

@AC15786 I’ve only emailed them once, and they took almost 10 days weeks to get back to me.

@AC15786, I would reccomend calling. Wait time isn’t too bad, and they are very helpful

Haha thanks @Autumn97!

I’m about to sound really stupid, but…
For financial aid purposes, what is due as of now? All I have submitted is the CSS PROFILE…

@jamesjunkers you also need to send your tax filing from 2013.

@SweetIceTea, so if I haven’t done that yet, what happens…?

Does anyone know if Cornell releases how many early decision applicants they received? I see that Penn and Dartmouth have both released that they received record amounts of applicants and wondering if the same is true for Cornell. I’ve tried looking to see if they released the applicant number years prior with no luck.

Please someone help. If I send the tax filings today, will they still accept it? :’( :’(

@jamesjunkers I believe you have until November 15th. Visit their website or give them a call

@tys123, it says November 1 on the website. But I got an email today, confirming my ED, and it says that you still have time for financial aid

@jamesjunkers I got a mail from Cornell Admissions this afternoon that said: "The financial aid deadline for early decision applicants is November 1. However, you still have time to apply and we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. You can learn more about the financial aid requirements here: http://finaid.cornell.edu/apply-aid/prospective-applicants/early-decision-applicants.
"

It’s a standard email that talks about ED agreements, etc.

@fsharp, yes, I got the same email… But, when you click on the link, it says the tax filing was due Nov 1, so I’m confused

Did any of you guys just receive an email from Cornell about FinAid and ED binding?

Yes, that was the route of this discussion about financial aid :D

=)) @Kungpaoasian scroll up a bit.

I’m pretty sure that everyone who applied ED got that email. And I also haven’t submitted my parents tax returns…lol gotta get on that. It definitely won’t decide whether you get accepted or not, to those who are wondering. Just get those papers in ASAP

@BPearlman97 Yeah I just saw…

Nope my to do list is empty @Kungpaoasian, but I never sent in my tax return stuff. I didn’t know we had to do that until that email a few hours ago.

@BPearlman97 After I clicked on the CSS link on FinAid, it said they download it late November.
