I can't believe I missed the |x-5| = 4 and the radius of the two circles ones... sad.

What about the one with like x / (2x+1) < 0
What interval is possible for x?

Or something like that..

i put I and III because it could not contain -1/2 and neither of them had it

does anyone remember what the question was exactly?

i also thought amal was the youngers =.

omg, for the s, t, r one, I forgot they were negatives, so I put s+t (which was the only one adding them). blah.

For the hexagon one I put 2:1. They wanted to compare areas of the two triangles yah? If you draw in the equalateral triangles of the hex, then the two orginal triangles cut some of them in half. Then if you count the triangles, it comes out 4:2

I put 2 to 1 for triangles also.
George yang i put III only i think.

I put III only as well.

amelia = amal? both start with A's. SATs dont usually make people both with the same first letter.

OMG we had to find the area of the SHADED region for the square that had 1, 4, 9 squares inside?! I think I'm going to kill myself.

^ yeah, luckily i caught that during the final seconds. And hopefully Amal = Amelia.

I'm not one of those super genius', but I thought I did well enough to walk away with an 800 math today. But darn s, t, r, problem =. LoL.

damn at least you didnt think section 7 was the experimental section. i let my guard down on it

cr is a total PAIN for me, and i just so happened to have 4 sections -___-.

does anyone remember the choices I II and III for the x/(2x+1) < 0?

and was it x/(2x+1) or was it 1/(2x+1)?

Yea Chipotledude CR was a TOTAL PAIN for me also. 4 sections... I was hoping for writing or math experimental but reading... come on... Chipotledude how was your test set up? mine was essay, CR, CR, Math, CR, Writing, Math, CR,Math, Writing. 5 of the first 6 sections were non math... Reading just gives me a total headache, thats why I don't think I did very well... I was hoping having math after essay to get my brain going, but I ended up having 2 straight CR!! just threw me off guard. I think the test organization is unfair :(.

i think they should have never changed it from the old CR > Math > Writing!

Yeah my test was like that 8888888. Haha, and i felt the same way... i actually enjoy the math sections and they give me confidence.. but NOOO. lol. But that one about the daughter getting married was a great read...
Sadly, my english/lit is always significantly lower than everything else. At one point, I had 4 problems left, and I just guessed all B's. I figured, there's a chance I'd get at least one of those right. haha.

Yea The Critical Reading brought down my confidence. I felt good after the essay, I felt ok after the 1st CR but when I went deeper into the 3rd section I got worried... and more worried. I guessed on some CR also... Just brought my morale way down.. Yea I started gaining some confidence after doing the 1st math section. So unfair..

Yea a lot of the passages I was like wait.. what happened in the passage again ? lol

^LOL. same. So yeah, I'm seriously hoping to at least crack a 500 (although, I said that the first time I took the reasoning, and suprisingly got a 580). The point of dec SAT was to break 600 cr, but whatever. I'll just be happy to raise my math hopefully.

anyway, it was a fun first day as a registered user here, but i'm off to bed =)

k chat with you later. My hope is similar also... crack 500...My goal was crack 600, but that very unlikely won't happen. I don't remember doing any practice test as hard as this lol...

can anyone tell me what critical reading passages they got??
cuz it really seems from what everone was saying about the math, that i got a COMPLETELY different test
