<p>I called the CAS office again today. Another woman told me that letters would be sent out starting April 23, so that seems to be the right date. They wouldn’t tell me anything about if being able to log into housing means anything, though.</p>

<p>It just has a to do list of things after you are accepted like return admissions coupon, apply for housing, apply for meal plan, memorize Cornell ID, etc. Even though it says first-year, when I log in, it takes me to a similar transfer to do list.</p>

<p>ACCEPTED TO CALS!!! Got an email this morning! Anybody else hear back from CALS today?</p>

<p>For what it’s worth, I was accepted with a 3.7 GPA, solid rec’s and extracurriculars. My SAT’s were not super high but I’d be entering as a junior so they wouldn’t matter too much anyway.</p>

<p>Thank you! I was not a GT, am not a minority, have not done anything extraordinarily special or interesting in my lifetime. I think what got me in was the fact that I applied to an obscure major, and in my essay I REALLY emphasized my interests and how I’d be a good fit. That and possibly the fact that I’ll be living independently off-campus, but idk how much that plays into the decision.</p>
