Also, I have a English course in progress so don’t panic if you have math or eng ip, they may not affect it as much as you may think!!

@elybadli WHAT? Definitely contact admissions… And have a look at your application to see if you made any errors. I think econ has a certain gpa requirement when it comes to your major prereqs

@piano1900 The website. I checked at 2 pm and it said decision pending. People had gotten their decisions by then. The website crashed at about 3 pm and I’ve been trying to sign in ever since.
Well I don’t think UCSB releases decisions every hour…
I hope they do tho
@UCorDie I think poli sci is impacted at UCSB because students get admitted as a pre-major, so missing that major course might have caused a rejection.

In any case, that would definitely explain why I personally haven’t heard anything yet. My portal still reads “Decision Pending”, and I applied for Electrical Engineering.
OMG I got accepted!!! Pre-Communications Major with a 3.57 GPA, I also did TAG
I’ve worked extremely hard for this, I’m so happy I did a TAG agreement with UCSB and I am so excited right now I might just have to do a victory dance!!

Accepted to econ & accounting with a 3.23 and no tag. I have a 4.0 in the classes for my major though so that probably helped.
So far im 2/2 in acceptances so im feelin good
I already had the TAG for UCSB, so I didn’t give myself a full congratulations. Still, it’s nice to have the official letter 
Anyway, I was wondering if you guys could relieve my anxieties about the other UCs.
