Yes, with no line about financial aid. Sounds like a rejection waiting to happen to me. Just rejected from Providence a minute ago, so not feeling good about F&M. What a horrible experience this process is!

my school doesn’t have a GPA scale, and i didn’t submit test scores. sorry that doesn’t rly help lol. but, i’m full ib diploma.

I didn’t have the financial aid part. Meaning that autorejection oo
GPA 97.41 UW/102.76 W
SAT 1540
IB diploma as well, I’ve only taken 1 IB test so far and self reported 5 AP scores
But my ECs weren’t really the best lol mostly community service, nothing special. I def could’ve put in more effort on that section of my app… but oh well what’s done is done

Sorry, confused on what paragraph you’re talking about, but I did get the financial aid sentence “If you applied for need-based financial aid and have been admitted to the College, your financial aid letter will be included.”

They did. Posted it upthread. I am now obsessed with this email and cannot understand why F&M would send that version to the accepted and the other to the rejected. It makes no sense, but does seem to be very possibly true.

but hey wait, MAY BE we’ll get waitlisted.
OR, it is just they sent out a bunch of emails and then they realized that they should modify the email, so they modified it and the remaining group of students got the other email. And out of anxiety we all just built this theory of acceptance/rejection based on email. (If someone from Admission office would be reading right now, they’ll surely be laughing on our interpretation of the mail).
But, it can be that the emails were intentional and not having aid part is indicator of rejection.
WHO KNOWS !! We’ll find out in the final episode at 7:00 pm EST
